SBC Manager — DID Management

DIDs are the inbound phone numbers routed through the SBC. Each DID is assigned to a primary inbound trunk with an optional failover trunk.

Adding DIDs

Go to DIDs → New DID to add a single number, or DIDs → Import to bulk-import from a CSV file.

Each DID requires:

Phone number (E.164 format recommended, e.g., +15125550100)
Primary inbound trunk
Optional failover trunk

Editing DID Routing

Click any DID from the DIDs list to update its trunk assignment or failover trunk. Changes are staged and require an Apply to take effect in Asterisk.

Bulk Routing Updates

Use DIDs → Bulk Update to reassign routing across many numbers at once — useful when migrating a block of numbers to a new trunk. The Operations → Bulk Operations page provides additional mass-change tooling across resource types.

Failover Behavior

If the primary trunk for a DID is unavailable, the call is automatically delivered to the failover trunk (when one is configured) — no manual intervention required.
