SBC
SBC Manager — TLS / HTTPS Certificates
Go to Settings → TLS Certificate to configure HTTPS for the web GUI.
Options
- Let's Encrypt — automated certificate issuance and renewal using your domain name. The appliance must be reachable on port 80 from the internet at that domain for issuance and renewals to succeed.
- Manual — upload your own certificate and private key.
Once TLS is configured, HTTP connections are automatically redirected to HTTPS.
Requirements for Let's Encrypt
- A DNS record for the appliance's domain pointing at its public IP
- The domain entered as the Web URL under Settings → Network
- Inbound port 80 open for the ACME challenge
Renewal is automatic; no manual action is needed after initial issuance.
SIP TLS
Trunk-level TLS (secure SIP signaling, e.g., for Microsoft Teams Direct Routing or a Generic TLS carrier) is configured per trunk — see the Carrier Templates article for carrier-specific TLS guidance.
