Activation Fails
- Verify outbound internet access to the SipLive licensing server
- Check the server's clock (TLS validation requires correct time)
- Contact support@siplive.net if it persists
Apply Fails
Open the failed apply in Apply → History for the detailed error. Common causes: Asterisk not running, a reference to a deleted trunk/route, or a config syntax error shown in the apply output. If unclear, send a Diagnostics → Download Bundle to support.
Cannot Log In to the GUI
- Verify the email and password
- Check the account is enabled under Security → Users
- Use the password reset option on the login page
Packet Capture Shows No Traffic
- Capture on the SIP interface, not the management interface
- Check the filter expression (
udp port 5060for standard SIP) - Confirm the source IP is on the firewall allowlist (Settings → Firewall)
Install Problems
If a fresh install misbehaves, review /var/log/sbc-manager-install.log and confirm the provisioned marker exists at /var/lib/sbc-manager/provisioned — see SBC Manager — Viewing the Install Log.
